No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or ordered by mistake.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We will make it right if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item.

Shipping Issues
Drink Dopio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify our support team so we can assist where possible.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up a package may not be eligible for a refund. Additional shipping fees may apply if we reship the order.
